Design begins with a free consultation. Following are the steps beyond:
  • Sign design proposal.
  • Site measurements.
  • Drafting of initial plans.
  • Order survey, soil report, etc as required.
  • Drafting of proposed plans based on scope.
  • Presentation of proposed plans to clients.
  • Update proposed plans based on client feedback.
  • Few iterations to reach the final plans.
  • Client sign off on the plans.
  • Structural Analysis.
  • Title 24.
  • Preparation of permit set.
  • City submission.
  • Address and city comments till approved permits.

Construction

Construction begins after permits are approved. Following are the steps involved:
  • Sign construction proposal.
  • Site preparations.
  • Excavation for any foundation work.
  • Foundation.
  • Framing.
  • Roofing.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
  • Sheetrock.
  • Painting.
  • Finish Electrical/Plumbing.
  • Flooring and painting.
  • Installation of cabinets, counters, tubs, sinks, fixture, lights.
  • Final Inspections.
  • Cleanup and prepare for occupancy.
